I’m Holly, but you already know that. I have lived and worked in York for over 20 years. My husband and I currently live in a village just outside of York with our fur baby Elvis the Cockapoo, and our daughter Grace, who was born in late 2021.
I have worked in the property sector for 10 years and haven’t looked back since I stepped foot into the door of a high street agent. I’d always been in sales (from retail through to working at a car garage) and knew I liked the customer experience side of things. So, what better place to spend lots of time getting to know and help my customers than property!
I began as a negotiator, conducted a LOT of viewings, started to value properties, handled all things sales progression (the hard bit after you’ve accepted an offer) and even dabbled in the auction department! I then moved on to working for a well-known New Build company managing all property sales for the North East (yes, I was very busy!). From there, I joined a busy property lettings company, filled my brain with even more information, then moved onto a National Online Estate Agent.
